Not every problem in your practice needs AI.

Before a chart review, medical assistants need to know what's already on file. History notes, recent labs, and which quality measures are covered.

So I built an RPA bot. RPA means robotic process automation: software that clicks through screens the way a person does. It opens each upcoming patient in the EHR, reads their history and latest labs, and matches them to the quality measures.

The hard part wasn't intelligence. It was matching every patient to the right chart. It matched 1,405 of 1,409 patients, and it reads about 160 patients an hour.

Use AI where a task needs judgment, like drafting or summarizing. For clicking, reading and matching, an RPA bot does the job.

The bot does the clicking, so medical assistants can do the thinking.

Which task in your practice would you hand to a bot first?

The full story, with the numbers: Chart prep without the clicking.
